  • These Terms govern your use of our website, services, and products.

  • By making a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

  • We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products & Fulfillment

  • All products are made-to-order and fulfilled by our trusted third-party production partners.

  • Slight variations in color, print placement, or sizing may occur due to the nature of on-demand manufacturing.

  • Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the final product.

3. Shipping

  • Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our third-party partner.

  • Shipping times vary based on destination and production times. Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout.

  • Once shipped, tracking details will be provided when available.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Returns & Refunds

Because all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or buyer’s remorse.

However, we will replace or refund your order if:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or misprinted.

  • The product you received is significantly different from what you ordered (a completely different product).

How to Request a Replacement:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

  • If approved, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost or a full refund.

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition for any return request to be valid.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may only be canceled before production begins.

  • Once an item has gone into production, we cannot cancel or modify it.

6. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise noted.

  • We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without notice.

  • Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s payment providers.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, logos, and content on this site are the property of Random Apparel Co.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell our products without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services.

  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Random Apparel Co. operates.
